登革病毒(DENV)是全球熱帶和亞熱帶地區(qū)的一個嚴重的公共衛(wèi)生問題。而糖尿病在世界范圍內(nèi)高度流行，使其成為登革熱患者的常見共病。因此，需要感染DENV的糖尿病鼠模型來理解病毒的發(fā)病機理和病進展。最近，南方醫(yī)科大學在期刊《Journal of Medical Virology》（IF=20.693）上發(fā)表題為“ Murine diabetic models for dengue virus infection .”的文章，通過尾靜脈用DENV-3接種獲得性誘導的和固有糖尿病的C57BL/6和db/db小鼠。感染后，糖尿病C57BL/6和db/db小鼠均表現(xiàn)出明顯的體重減輕和糖尿病臨床表現(xiàn)。QPCR結果顯示，在兩種類型的糖尿病小鼠中，存在大量可復制的登革病毒。免疫組織化學檢測顯示肝臟中持續(xù)的DENV-3感染。用于細胞因子檢測的ELISA結果顯示，糖尿病小鼠比非糖尿病小鼠表現(xiàn)出更嚴重的炎癥反應，并且在糖尿病小鼠中觀察到顯著的組織學改變。因此，糖尿病小鼠比非糖尿病小鼠更易受DENV感染。這個研究建立了兩種用于DENV感染的免疫活性糖尿病小鼠，其可用于進一步研究糖尿病中的登革熱發(fā)病機制，并為開發(fā)抗病毒藥物和治療方法提供新模型。
本文中使用了欣博盛Mouse TNF-α, IL-6, IL-1β和IFN-γ ELISA kits檢測了感染病毒的血清這些細胞因子的含量。
