免疫治療可激活系統(tǒng)性抗腫瘤免疫效應、抑制腫瘤生長、轉(zhuǎn)移和復發(fā),已在臨床腫瘤治療方面表現(xiàn)出巨大潛力。然而,腫瘤細胞通常表現(xiàn)出較低的免疫原性,使得目前免疫治療策略的效率較低。鐵死亡是近年來發(fā)現(xiàn)的一種鐵依賴的脂質(zhì)過氧化引起的新型細胞死亡方式,鐵死亡相關過氧化脂質(zhì)可作為一種“發(fā)現(xiàn)我”的信號,促進樹突狀細胞對腫瘤抗原的識別、吞噬和處理,并將腫瘤相關抗原呈遞給CD8+ T淋巴細胞,進而激活細胞毒性T淋巴細胞,增強腫瘤免疫治療?;谏鲜鲅芯勘尘埃袊茖W院上海藥物研究所于海軍團隊近期于Advanced Materials 期刊上發(fā)表了題目為“Acidity-Activatable Dynamic Nanoparticles Boosting Ferroptotic Cell Death for Immunotherapy of Cancer”的文章,提出利用酸敏感遞藥系統(tǒng)協(xié)同誘導腫瘤細胞鐵死亡與免疫原性死亡,從而改善抗腫瘤免疫應答的策略。
