近期，重慶醫(yī)科大學柳滿然教授團隊在Cancer communications（IF=20.1）上發(fā)表題為“Tryptophan 2,3-dioxygenase-positive matrix fibroblasts fuel breast cancer lung metastasis via kynurenine-mediated ferroptosis resistance of metastatic cells and T cell dysfunction.（色氨酸2,3-雙加氧酶陽性基質成纖維細胞通過犬尿氨酸介導的轉移細胞鐵死亡抵抗和T細胞功能障礙促進乳腺癌肺轉移）”的研究，發(fā)現(xiàn)TDO2陽性基質成纖維細胞(MFs)在促進肺轉移和轉移性腫瘤細胞(DTCs)在轉移微環(huán)境中的免疫逃逸中扮演著關鍵角色。該項研究表明肺特異性基質細胞的代謝可能是一種有效的治療策略，用于治療有肺轉移的乳腺癌患者。
