近期，華中科技大學張建成副教授、袁世熒教授與尚游教授團隊在Nature Communications（IF=14.7）上發(fā)表題為“Gut-derived memory γδ T17 cells exacerbate sepsis-induced acute lung injury in mice”的研究。膿毒癥(Sepsis)是一個嚴重的全球性健康問題，通常由急性肺損傷(ALI)或急性呼吸窘迫綜合征(ARDS)引起。雖然腸-肺軸在ALI中的作用已有報道，但腸道免疫細胞直接遷移到肺部的過程仍然不明確。研究團隊發(fā)現(xiàn)，膿毒癥誘導的γδ T17細胞從小腸遷移到肺部，引發(fā)了小鼠體內(nèi)以IL-17A為主導的炎癥反應。肺泡巨噬細胞中Wnt信號通路的激活促進了CCL1的上調(diào)，從而促進γδ T17細胞的遷移。CD44+ Ly6C- IL-7Rhigh CD8low細胞是加重ALI癥狀的主要遷移亞型。艾司氯胺酮(Esketamine)通過抑制肺部Wnt/β-catenin信號通路介導的遷移來減輕ALI。該項研究強調(diào)了腸-肺記憶γδ T17細胞遷移在膿毒性ALI中的關(guān)鍵作用，并闡明了肺部局部IL-17A升高的重要性。
