在病毒感染時,細(xì)胞質(zhì)模式識別受體檢測病毒核酸并激活銜接蛋白VISA/ MAVS或MITA/STING介導(dǎo)的先天抗病毒反應(yīng)。但是關(guān)于神經(jīng)元內(nèi)分泌功能是否以及如何調(diào)節(jié)先天抗病毒反應(yīng)尚不清楚。最近,武漢大學(xué)的研究團(tuán)隊在期刊《Cellular & Molecular Immunology》(IF=22.096)上發(fā)表題為“β-adrenoreceptor-triggered PKA activation negatively regulates the innate antiviral response.”的文章,該文章研究表明病毒感染降低了β腎上腺素能激素,腎上腺素和去甲腎上腺素的血清水平,以及它們的受體ADRB1和ADRB2。證明腎上腺素/去甲腎上腺素水平的增加以ADRB1-/2依賴的方式抑制了先天性抗病毒反應(yīng)。機(jī)制上,腎上腺素/去甲腎上腺素刺激激活下游激酶PKA,其催化MITA在S241、S243和T263的磷酸化,抑制MITA激活,并抑制對DNA病毒的先天免疫反應(yīng)。此外,PKA在T54磷酸化VISA拮抗了對RNA病毒的先天免疫反應(yīng)。這些發(fā)現(xiàn)揭示了腎上腺素/去甲腎上腺素的先天性抗病毒反應(yīng)的調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)制,并為在緊張和焦慮促進(jìn)的情況下宿主對病毒感染的易感性增加提供了可能的解釋。
本文中使用了欣博盛Mouse CXCL10 ELISA kit檢測了血清樣本中這個細(xì)胞因子的含量。
